Campbell Organizational Survey (COS)®

Designed for assessing an organization's climate, offering insights on areas that need improvement and those that should be celebrated; it can be used with all employees or members of a targeted work group.

The COS instrument is a benchmarking tool that may be used across all functional areas. This instrument enables direct comparisons across business units, as well as against a normative population. This instrument works company-wide by helping to collect and assess the attitudes and opinions of employees on important matters, such as communication, top leadership, diversity, and organizational planning. The survey provides a variety of reports identifying which parts of your organization are running smoothly, and which are not. The results include feedback that can help pinpoint which areas of your operation might need some attention, and which areas provide cause for celebration.
