360 BY DESIGN is a robust, fully internet-based feedback and development process that can be tailored to match the competencies important to your organization. It provides online assessment and feedback, as well as development planning, featuring 360 best practices pioneered by the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®).

  • Additional options to customize:
    • Names of rater categories

    • Custom survey questions, scored independently from CCL competencies
    • Standard or custom open-ended questions
    • Options available for group profiles
  • Fully Internet-based. Although there are other 360s on the market, few are as easy to use. With 360 BY DESIGN, managers have the ability to complete surveys as well as receive feedback reports and development planning guides online. Be sure to read the technical requirements necessary to use 360 BY DESIGN.
  • Secure transmissions. 360 BY DESIGN uses a secure server, firewall technology and password access to ensure the security and anonymity of raters and the confidentiality of participant results.
  • Feedback report: The resulting individual feedback report presents extensive data and comparisons to local (organization) norms. It can optionally include feedback on derailment scales, numerical responses to custom questions, and typed responses to open-ended questions.
